You will be contacted as soon as we receive your order and all orders are dispatched within 48 hours (if in stock) via Royal Mail 1st Class Post/Courier. Should you wish for next day delivery, there will be an additional charge, which you will be able to select on the postage options. All our shipping charges are based on total products weight with a top limit and the charges are as follows:-

Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Return Policy Details: All goods are checked before being despatched. Any faulty items should be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt and returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
All faulty goods will be replaced or refunded upon receipt of the return.
